Can it be used on the face?
It’s not ideal for the face because it contains very rich fatty acids from coconut oil, mango, shea and cocoa butter, all of which are typically too rich for the face. For a facial moisturizer, we recommend our Hella Hydrating Serum.
How do I store the body butter?
Due to the pure and natural ingredients (and because it doesn’t have any preservatives), it’s important to store out of direct heat and sunlight to preserve shelf life and consistency. If your body butter melts, simply put it in a cool area and it will solidify again.
Is it safe for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
Yes absolutely and it’s highly recommended. Its anti-inflammatory properties help heal the skin while the rich fatty acids help protect and seal the skin preventing irritation from any allergens or environmental pollution. Using it daily can help prevent eczema.
